Delivery

Delivery Times (no personalisation)

If you have placed an order with no personalisation and the item is in stock with us they will be prepared for despatched within 3-5 working days.

If you order itens that are not stocked and does not require personalisation these items will be prepared for despatched in 10 - 15 working days.

Please note during peak times delivery may be longer.

Delivery Personalised Orders

Our Team will endevour to communicate a time line for this once you have placed your order. Please use the below as a guideline for timings. During peak times delivery may be longer.

  • Printing only: 1 - 2 weeks (+ delivery time)
  • Embroidery only: 1- 2 weeks (+ delivery time)
  • Print & Embroidery: 1 - 2 weeks (+ delivery time)

Shipping

All items will be shipped together.

Please be aware that this may cause delays to despatch times. Such delays are as a result of, but not limited to, delays by the brands despatching goods to us.

If you require part of your order to be shipped first please contact our customer service team sales@lwsportsltd.co.uk. There may be additional shipping fees that apply.

International Delivery

Handling Fees & Import Duties/Taxes (Non-EU countries)
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges
on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale
customers).


LW Sports Ltd has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as
customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so
you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


If upon clearing customs you are subject to these charges, and you decide you no longer want your
order, you will be charged any handling and shipping fees that we incur in retrieving your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel an order from the point at which you place your order, and up to 14 days from the point at which you receive your order, without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last Good within the relevant order.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by post email sales@lwsportsltd.co.uk or by phone on 01743624066. We will communicate to you an
acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without
delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply where Goods are specifically made to
your specification or personalised at your request.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer no automatic right to return, exchange or cancel outstanding orders. All returns, exchanges and order cancellations are at the discretion of LW Sports Ltd. If you would like to return, exchange or cancel an order you need to email sales@lwsports.co.uk in the first instance quoting:

Please be aware this is not acceptance of the return. LW Sports Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part any submission for return, exchange or order cancellation. If your submission for a return or exchange is accepted you will be issued with a returns number which you must include when returning your goods to us.

Please note you may encure restocking fees.

 Returns & Exchange Procedure

Once accepted for return you will be issued with a returns returns number which you must include when returning your items to us. All items must be back with us within 14 working days of receiving our returns number.

All goods that are accepted for return must be in an unused, resaleable condition with tags attached and in the original undamaged packaging. Items that are not returned in a resaleable condition will not be refunded.

Where you want to exchange a product, please contact us in the first instance in order that we can issue a returns authorisation number.  Once this has been issued we ask that you order your replacement online, in order that we can process it as quickly as possible. You can then return your unwanted items for a refund. As noted above: all goods that are accepted for return must be in an unused, resaleable condition with tags attached and in the original undamaged packaging. Items that are not returned in a resaleable condition will not be refunded.

For hygiene reasons, where items such as head guards, socks or undergarments are worn or removed from packaging this removes the right to return or exchange these items and no refund will be processed.

Returns & Exchange Costs

Except where the return is required as a result of LW Sports Ltd error, all returns and exchanges are at the cost of the Customer. We reccomend to use an insured and tracked service to send items back such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned, but not received by us if no proof of posting was obtained.

  

Returns & Exchanges Personalised Goods

No personalised products can be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

Personalised products includes, but is not limited to, garments, accessories and equipment which have been modified by the addition of print, embroidery, patches, club logos, club colours, sponsors, names, numbers, tailoring or other modifications.

All items that are embellished and/or personalised explicitly states that it is a non-refundable item on the product page.

The only exception to this is if the item is defective.

Order Errors

In the event you find there is an error with your order you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel via email sales@lwsportsltd.co.uk or the contact form on the website. Please carefully check the goods received against the packing list included in the parcel and notify us of the specific discrepancies. Except for where the return is required as a result of our error, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable. Where your order is faulty (either supplied incorrectly, or faulty) we will organise the return of the item for you unless agreed otherwise. Where it is agreed that the Customer is to return the goods, you must get a proof of posting certificate. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be made for items returned, but not received by us if no proof of posting was obtained.

Refunds

Refunds for returned or cancelled orders can take up to 14 working days from receipt of the item. We will not issue a refund until we have received the Goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same method payment as you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. Any restocking fee that we have notified you of at the time your order was accepted for a return or cancellation will be deducted from the full amount of your original order before a refund is issued. We will notify you once a refund has been made.
